  3. Use a Hydrating Toner: Apply a lightweight, hydrating toner immediately after cleansing to prep skin and restore moisture for a plump look.
  4. Incorporate Essence Daily: Use a hydrating essence, like fermented ingredients or galactomyces (like this one), to boost skin radiance and improve texture.
